Return & Exchange Policy
At HiNab, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure you’re happy with every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, niqabs cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale, clearance, and discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@hinab.com with your order number, item details, and the reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Return the item using a reliable courier service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will cover the product price only — shipping fees are non-refundable.
Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
3. Exchange Process
If you need a different size, colour, or product:
- Contact Us: Reach out to info@hinab.com within 7 days of receiving your order, specifying the item you want to exchange and your preferred replacement.
- Approval: We will confirm the exchange availability and guide you through the process.
- Return the Original Item: Send back the item in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Receive Your New Item: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement item to you. If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will issue a partial refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at info@hinab.com with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Niqabs
- Accessories (if applicable)
- Sale/clearance items
6. Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- HiNab is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- If you refuse to accept your COD order, we may restrict future orders.
