Refund policy
At HiNab, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please carefully review our refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable to products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Niqabs, due to hygiene reasons, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defects or incorrect delivery.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@hinab.com with your order number, photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect), and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Once we review your request, we will notify you within 2 business days regarding the next steps.
3. Refund Process
- If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer/Easy Paisa (customer must provide valid details).
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Niqabs (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items, clearance items, or promotional products
- personalisedCustom orders or personalised items
- Items returned without prior approval or beyond the 7-day return window
5. Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to assist — provided the desired product is in stock.
- Exchanges must follow the same guidelines as refunds (product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging).
6. Faulty or Incorrect Products
- In rare cases where you receive a defective or incorrect item, HiNab will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Please notify us immediately (within 2 days of delivery) if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
