• Payment is made upon delivery. We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer an alternative solution.

• We deliver across Pakistan. Shipping fees are calculated based upon the location.
• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days (times may vary due to location or unforeseen delays).
• International shipping (if applicable) will have different rates and delivery timelines.
• HiNab is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
  

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, niqabs cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
